Speaking to Express.co.uk, the 17-year-old Brexit Party supporter revealed she was forced to drop her A level in politics when she realised teachers were “misleading” students on the institution of the European Union and the political developments in the Brexit negotiations. Alice, who is a staunch Brexiteer, claimed she was worried pro-Remain educators were wrongly influencing future generations.

She said: “I think unfortunately I feel there’s a lot of propaganda in politics.

“Which is why I dropped it at A level despite being so passionate about it.

“I thought the A level was entirely misleading my whole generation about our political system and about the EU.

“And I guess living in London there is a more pro-Remain stance but I think it’s really unfortunate that teachers feel as though they have a right to just stand up and call Brexiteers ‘uneducated’ – which has happened.

“Or call out Brexiteers in a negative light.

“Because that does affect the opinion of young people’s opinion if they think that Brexit does mean being xenophobic or all these ridiculous things that people say about Brexiteers.”

The young political activist, who has been following and supporting Nigel Farage since she realised the Brexit referendum result risked being ignored by the political establishment in Westminster, also had a stern message to Prime Minister Boris Johnson on the future of the Conservative Party.

She warned: “If he even wants the Conservative Party to survive, he must leave on October 31 on WTO terms.

“Because that is the only way that the vote of 2016 will be respected and Brexit will be implemented.

“But trying to reheat May’s withdrawal agreement is going to be so unpopular.

“It is so unpopular with not only all the Brexit voters but with the Remain voters too.

“It’s just such a bad political move, like his prorogation so far.

“I think many people feel very disenchanted with his strategy towards Brexit.

“Instead he should be very clear about leaving on WTO terms on the 31st and then we can prepare for that.”

The Prime Minister appeared to have made progress in the negotiations with the Brussels bloc following his meeting with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar on Thursday.

In a joint statement released after more than two hours of intense talks, the two leaders admitted “challenges” remained over how to avoid customs checks at the border between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic but agreed to “reflect” on the way forward.

And Mr Varadkar insisted that, while differences over the Irish border row still needed to be resolved, he thought a “treaty” could be signed in time to allow the UK to quit the EU on October 31.

Following a meeting with Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay on Friday, EU Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier said he was ready to “debrief” EU27 leaders on the latest developments.

However, he warned Brexit was still “a big mountain” to be climbed.

  1. The Left Wing and the rabid Socialists – all so often those with champagne tastes, have gravitated towards the indoctrination of the young.
ALL credit to the lady concerned and her rejection of an ethos which in its purest form, is Animal Farm. It is though, totally unacceptable that the lady felt that she had to abandon further learning via her A Levels, it’s shameful, but all is not lost; We don’t have to sit in a classroom to learn – we now have the internet and we can bypass bias and bigotry.
